Loftie combines an alarm clock, sound machine and night light for your bedside. Wind down with included sleep sounds and wake to a two-stage alarm that begins gently, then follows with a louder tone.

Getting started: Initial setup requires the Loftie app on an iPhone or Android phone, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Once the time is set, you can enable Offline Mode to use the clock without Wi-Fi. The alarm and built-in sounds work without a subscription. Loftie+ is an optional service offered separately by Loftie.

Choose from 100+ included sounds, including white noise, nature sounds, guided meditations, breathwork and sleep playlists. Adjust the display and built-in night light, or use Blackout Mode to keep the light off while your alarm stays active. Loftie also works as a Bluetooth speaker.

Does the Loftie clock require a subscription?

No. The two-stage alarm, 100+ built-in sounds, nightlight, Blackout Mode, sleep timer and Bluetooth speaker work without a subscription.

What is Loftie+, and do I need to sign up?

Loftie+ is an optional service offered separately by Loftie. You may see a subscription offer in the app, but you do not need it to use the clock's alarm or included sounds. Check Loftie's current offer for the features and billing terms before choosing to subscribe. See Loftie's membership information

Do I need an app, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

Initial setup uses the Loftie app on an iPhone or Android phone, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is also used for software updates. After setup, you can operate the clock directly without keeping your phone beside it.

Is the Loftie clock a sunrise alarm?

No. The clock has an adjustable nightlight and wakes you with sound. It is not a sunrise lamp. Loftie's separate Lamp is a different product.

Can I use the clock without Wi-Fi after setup?

Yes. Complete setup and updates, check that the correct time is displayed, then enable No Wi-Fi Mode, also called Offline Mode. Reconnect when you need software updates. The clock is designed to stay plugged into power; its battery is a short-term backup.

Why do sounds show an exclamation mark or fail to play during setup?

An exclamation mark beside a sound can mean its audio file is still downloading. Loftie says this can take a few hours, depending on the files and Wi-Fi speed. Leave the clock plugged in and connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi while downloads finish. Playing audio pauses background downloads. How does the two-stage alarm work?

The first stage uses a gentle sound to begin waking you. The second stage follows with a more persistent wake-up sound. Check your alarm schedule, sound and volume before relying on it for your morning routine.
